Absolutely disappointed with the customer service and the quality of the product. Originally placed my order in May 2025 and finally received my order in August 2025. Not to mention this is my second order with them. The products arrived damaged and were expiring in 3 weeks!!!!!! (attached images for reference) 90 dollars just down the drain. Tried reaching out to customer service, and all I was told every time was "We will look into this". Looking into the issue for almost 4 months? These brands want to scam overseas customers. You lost a loyal customer, 9skin.
